I enjoyed my coaching sessions with Tanika. Previously, I was in a season of transition and had grown weary. I needed someone to confide in and trust. Tanika has helped me to go to the difficult places that I have avoided like the plague. She has led me through exercises that involve revisiting trauma in the safety of prayer, deep reflection, and the opportunity to lend my voice where I had been silenced.
