Sometimes a woman’s ability to apply discernment and hold our tongue in social situations is mistaken for weakness. Thank the Holy Spirit for that nudge that tells you to pay attention to his actions ahead of his sweet sounding words. The devil is a liar and can never follow through on his empty promises. The same can be said of a man who pretends to be someone that he is not. We need not assume every male will have such intentions, because there are many God-fearing men that do not fit this description. We just need to slow down and put our feelings into subjection to allow him the time to back up his words! Great read! I definitely learned something new.
